Retailgo assists you in developing a detailed, opt in, segmentable database of your customers from which you can plan either an ongoing schedule of events (HTML/SMS/Call) to engage the customer beyond the sale or an adhoc immediate call to action. It's not a loyalty program, it is though the beginning of your customer communication strategy.

Retailgo offers communication at a number of levels including visually appealing HTML email templates that could be used for seasonal sales, celebrations, back to school, moving sale, car/house/boat maintenance and company/public events through to the more immediate sale opportunities via SMS text (for example filling tables at your restaurant, seats in your theatre, to moving stock like flowers, wine or clothing on the day). Any communication from any business with a customer can use Retailgo.

Simply customers are invited to participate in your program and by so doing provide permission for the communication strategy to commence. Their details are uploaded onto your own password protected area on the Retailgo site. You can then plan your communication strategy for the year, the week or that day and segment the database so as to choose only those customers you want to receive information per communication. It's really that simple!

To further develop the business/customer relationship, Retailgo can provide a personalised and local outbound call centre service. Here we can follow up on the sale to see if the product/service is to your customer’s expectations. Feedback from Retailgo can then be used by you and your staff to develop a better experience and customer offering.
